Quick couplings have emerged in fluid systems for ease of use. They are fluid connection mechanisms that allow for quick connection, disassembly, and assembly without tools. Due to varying operating environments, different materials are required; therefore, stainless steel quick couplings are necessary for corrosive media environments.

Although stainless steel is not easily corroded or rusted, proper use is crucial to extend its lifespan. The following points should be noted during use:

1. Understand and select quick couplings with appropriate pressure-temperature ratings.

2. The quick coupling and its sealing material must be compatible with the fluid. Therefore, considering both cost and reliability, choose stainless steel quick couplings made of suitable materials.

3. The normal fluid flow direction is from the coupling body to the coupling element.

4. For systems with strict safety and sealing requirements, the valve body seal of the quick coupling only serves as a secondary seal. A shut-off valve should be installed upstream of the coupling as the primary seal.

5. During use, avoid frequent rotation between the quick coupling body and the coupling element to prevent damage to the sealing ring.

6. Regularly lubricate and maintain the seals inside the quick coupling.

7. Prevent hard foreign objects from entering or exiting the coupling. If the fluid is not clean, install a filter upstream of the quick coupling.

8. If the main body and auxiliary body of the quick coupling are frequently in a separated state, install a protective device to prevent the entry of foreign objects.
